Some of the best delicious food in this world can be found on streets of India. These street foods belong to different region of India and have their own special taste and flavour, but are also made with different flavours and unique styles in different cities. Lets, go through some of the best street food one can find on streets of India.

  1. Chole Bhature

It is a Punjabi Dish, but very popular in all parts of India. It is commonly made for Breakfast and even snacks. In here, Chole is made from white peas that have spicy gravy and Bhature is made in the form of big rotis from an all-purpose dough. It is best found on streets of every Indian village, town or city.

2. Litti Chokha

Also known as Daal Baati in Rajasthan, this dish is widely liked in states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Also, it is occasional food in other regions of India. It is basically made for Lunch or Dinner. The main ingredients used for making Litti Chokha are, Dough that is used to make round lumps of Litti and Chokha is made from Boiled Potatoes, Brinjal and more. The combination of Litti, Chokha and Daal is even more delicious and marvellous in taste.

3. Dosa:

Basically, a South Indian dish that has made its place in heart of every Indian, is the best dish to have for breakfast and even snack. There are different types of Dosas like Plain dosa, Masala Dosa, Mysore Dosa and more. It is made from rice flour in the form of thin rotis and is served with Sambhar and Chutney.

4. Kachori:

A place that has some of the best food dishes in India is where Kachori comes from, that is Rajasthan. It is made of all-purpose flour and stuffed with daal and spices in it. It is served as breakfast and snacks. It is now found in different varieties of stuffings in different regions of India.

5. Aloo Tikki:

Aloo Tikki is basically served as snacks or breakfast. Having its origin in Uttar Pradesh it is served at roadsides stalls in UP and also other states of India. This North Indian snack is made from boiled potatoes and various spices that is served hot along with the sauce. It is known by various names in other cities like Ragda Pattice, Aloo Chat and more.
